Ladies..Ever wanted to try Thai Boxing, but put off by all the men?

Well we are holding a 6 week ladies only introduction to Thai Boxing course at our Sheldon/Solihull academy.

The course will run for 6 weeks every Thursday 7-8pm starting Thurs 28th February.

The cost of the course is just £30!!

Everyone on the course will be a complete beginner. Get fitter and gain confidence.
