K-STAR THAI BOXING 

Ladies..Ever wanted to try Thai Boxing in Birmingham, but put off by all the men?
Well we are holding a 6 week ladies only introduction to Thai Boxing course.
Thai Boxing uses the whole of your body and is one of the best ways EVER to
get into great shape,
This is a NON Contact course and will focus on technique and fitness!

You will be learning some great self defence moves while burning calories!!

We are holding 2 courses, one in Solihull and one in Birmingham City Centre, The courses will run for 6 weeks and will be every Thursday 7-8pm Starting Thursday 17th January at our Sheldon/Solihull Academy and every Friday 7-8pm at our City Centre Academy, starting Friday 18th January.

The cost of the course is just £30, there are limited places, which due to the low cost will go very quickly so please get in quick and book your place
