At K-Star Thai Boxing academy we believe that  ‘families that kick together, stick together’ and  we offer a fantastic  Family membership package.

Quite simply, no mater how big your family, just 2 members pay and the rest TRAIN FOR FREE!!

All members have to pay a joining fee, but only 2 family members pay, everyone else trains for FREE!!

Families are classed as parents and their children or siblings, no cousins or aunts and uncles, sorry, other than that, no restrictions on the number of family members training for free.  Some of our families have 6 members training and ONLY 2 PAY!!

K-Star have started regular Circuit training classes at all 3 of their full time academies in Birmingham, UK.

These sessions will tone the whole of your body and get you in the best shape of your life!!

Plus you will be learning/practicing some great self defence moves that will increase your confidence.

The circuits are designed so that students ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS can train together, so wether you are a couch

potato or one of or Champion Thai Boxers, this circuit is great for you!!

The circuits also include some MMA techniques such as ‘sprawling’ and ‘Ground and Pound’, so they are also excellent for up and coming MMA fighters or self defence.

Non members are welcome to take part in the Circuit Training and the cost is just £3.

When you join a K-Star Thai Boxing academy, you get 3 memberships for the price of one!

We have 3 fulltime UK academies and when you join one, you can train at them all. Perry Barr is open 7 days a week and Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham City Centre are open 6 days a week, so you have plenty of choice. We know how busy you are and how important convenience is to you.

All of our Academies have excellent INSTRUCTORS, so you will receive the same quality of instruction at all 3 academies.

Many of our students live in one area, but work in the City, so the sometimes train at their local branch and sometimes train in their lunch hour or after work at or City centre branch.

If you need to go shopping or are going for a night out after training, there is no reason to go home first, our Sutton town centre and Birmingham City centre branches both have showers, so many students have a workout before their night out or shopping.

Also if you have trouble getting to a class at one academy, you can always go to one at one of the other academies.  Convenience is important when you have a busy life.

K-Star are holding a light contact Thai Boxing interclub at their Perry Barr academy in Birmingham on Sat 11th July 09.

Interclubs are a great way to practice your Muay Thai Techniques and gain valuable ring experience in a safe and controlled envioroment.
