DAY BEFORE WEIGH-IN RULES. You have 1 hour to weigh in and make weight. The weigh-in is on Friday 6.30-7.30pm.
If you do not make weight within the hour you must weigh in the next day.
So if you are supposed to weigh in at 70k, but cannot make 70kg by 7.30 pm, you must weigh in at 70kg on Saturday at 1 pm.
Please be sensible with the weight you give. If you cannot make weight easily, put a higher weight for matching.

TICKETS :- Fighters please contact YOUR instructor for tickets who will give you all the information about pricing etc. Ticket money and unsold tickets must be returned at the weigh-in. This is very important as ALL of the show expenses, room hire, ring hire, fight expenses, etc. must be paid on the night, so ticket money is vital. Thanks for your cooperation.
CORNER MEN. Each gym will have one instructor and 2 cornermen allowed into the venue for Free. Only 3 people are allowed in the corner and only 1 in the ring during the breaks. Corner men and Instructors are NOT ALLOWED TO STAND UP IN THE CORNER DURING ROUNDS. This blocks the view of our spectators and encourages rowdy behavior in the crowd.
